Due to urbanization, population growth, and the consequences of climate change, usage energy for cooling has increased considerably in recent years. Passive measures, on other hand, could alleviate situation by reducing use buildings. This study examined environmental financial benefits utilizing glass fiber-reinforced cement external walls a communal social hub building New Aswan city, taken an example hot desert region. Utilizing Design Builder software, effect various outside wall alternatives consumption was explored analyzed. In addition, cost–benefit analysis simple payback period conducted aid decision-makers selecting most suitable exterior materials public buildings regions. Using plaster, brick, wool, as resulted significant improvement rate, according data. Compared typical (cement plaster), it can save up 41% energy. lowest value when compared solutions (10.86 years). general, results indicate that embedded thermal insulation incorporated into brick are more energy-efficient terms necessary economic viability.
